These terms cover the text messages Hammer & Rose sends about your service visit. Hammer & Rose is a registered trade name of M66 Ventures LLC.
If you give us a mobile number when you request service, we send appointment messages only:
We do not send marketing, promotions, or bulk messages. Typically that is two messages per visit.
Example messages
"Hammer & Rose: you're on the calendar for Mon, Aug 24, between 8 and 12. We'll call the day before to confirm. Questions? 380.230.3320. Reply STOP to opt out."
"Hammer & Rose: a reminder that we'll see you tomorrow, Monday, between 8 and 12. Need to change it? Call 380.230.3320. Reply STOP to opt out."
You consent to these messages when you give us your phone number to request a service visit — on the booking form at hammer-rose.com, where this is stated next to the phone field, or when you book by phone. We never add a number that did not ask us for service, and we never buy, rent, or borrow phone numbers.
Reply STOP to any message and we will not text you again. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply START if you want them back on.
Stopping messages does not cancel or change your visit — we will simply call you instead.

We do not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
